Comfort, security, and cleanliness are our top priority for our guests. Each room has its own heating and cooling system not tied into any other room or common area. Rooms and common areas are professionally cleaned to the highest standards. 24/7 video surveillance cameras cover all doorways and common areas in the hotel and additional cameras cover all around the exterior of the property as well as the parking lot areas. Our free premium WiFi is super fast and you have the ability to hardwire into each room's easily accessible hub for an even faster internet experience. Streaming your favorite programming is easy on each of the room's 50” 4K smart TVs. All rooms feature their own refrigerator with freezer plus microwave and our onsite vending machine offers you some tasty treats and beverages to pick from.  We host the newest and best chef inspired burgers in Washington, I90 GRILL sits just outside in our parkinglot.

We believe our rooms will dazzle you by offering a unique experience with no two rooms being the same. What all rooms do have in common is a luxurious feel. How do I get into the main entrance?

To open the entrance doors. Use the button to the right of the doors; the doors will open inward.

How do I check out?

Press the “check-out “ option on the kiosk monitor, and use the QR code on your app to complete the process. 

How do I use my mobile key ?

To use the mobile key, you must complete the check-in requirements in the app and allow Bluetooth.

How do I check in?

You will receive a text and email with a link to your reservation two days before your booking date. We strongly recommend using this link from your mobile phone to download the app ,verify your ID,  sign the Terms and Conditions, and provide a  Credit card for Incidentals. This will speed up your check-in process. A kiosk is available in the lobby for check-in and printing a key. Please call 509- 540- 3113 for questions or assistance.

How do I make a request?

You can make a service request under the "SERVICES" tab in the app. Icon Inn will be alerted of your inquiry and will accept or deny the request, depending on whether we are able to accommodate you. 

How do I use the gym?

Maximus Gym is an Icon Inn partner off-site at 427 N. Main St., Ellensburg, WA 98926. The daily special rate for our guests is $5.00. You must show your activated “blue” mobile key at the front desk at the gym, sign a waiver, and pay the $5.00. The gym is accessible to Inn guests during business hours Mon - Fri 6 AM- 8 PM & Sat 10 AM -2 PM, closed on Sunday.

Who do I call for towels?

Our hotel offers a unique and convenient amenity with direct access to our housekeeping closet on the 2nd floor with your room key. With this feature, you can step into the closet to grab fresh towels or linens. Be sure to leave used items in the hamper or your room. 

Can everyone use the kitchen?

Per the terms and conditions, guests must be at least 21 and over to use the kitchen. Pet's are not permitted in the kitchen or buffet area. This rule is strictly enforced to maintain a high cleanliness standard and ensure our guests' comfort and satisfaction. 

Do I have to wash my own linens before I leave?

You can relax during your stay with us, as we uphold the highest standards of cleanliness. Our guest is not required to wash their linens. Our dedicated housekeeping team ensures that bedding and linens are always fresh and impeccably clean for the next visitor. 

What do I do with my plate and silverware when I'm done eating?

To maintain a clean and pleasant shared kitchen space. We ask that guests clean up after themselves. Your cooperation in tidying up, rinsing your dishes, and placing them in the dishwasher ensures a welcoming environment for everyone to enjoy. Plates and silverware should not be left in the room or hallways. Icon Inn charges a cleaning fee for messes left behind. The kitchen is cleaned regularly by professionals; cleaning towels and  supplies can be found under one of the sinks in the Kitchen area. 

Can I call or text a person?

Our dedicated staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by phone or text at 509-540-3113. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.

How do I watch TV?

Our hotel TV does not offer cable channels, but we provide an enhanced entertainment experience for our guests. You can stream content from your account or access popular platforms like YouTube, Tubi, or Google TV directly from our room TV. Enjoy shows and movies directly how you like them.

Are we able to tour the other rooms for future reservations?

We're proud to offer 14 unique rooms, each with it's own special charm. Often, Icon rooms will be left open for you to view. If you're interested in experiencing our variety of accommodations for future bookings, we'd be delighted to arrange a tour for you. Just let our staff know, and we would be happy to help you make the perfect choice for your next stay with us.

Can I use the laundry Room?

Guests are welcome to use our hotel laundry facilities, available from 3 PM to 8 PM. Please note that extra fees may apply for this service. We encourage you to use our detergent in our machines. We want to ensure your staty is as comfortable as possible, and our laundry facilities are here to assist you.
