Full payment is required at the time of booking and is payable by credit card. By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for us to bill your credit card for the full amount, including damages and costs accrued while at the property and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure.
We offer a 1 PM early check-in and a 2 PM late check-out for a fee of $25.00 each. It is not guaranteed and depends on availability. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Normal Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and Check-out is at 11:00 AM. There is a minimum check-in age requirement of 21 and over.
All reservations are subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy to receive a refund. Reservations that fail to
show or to cancel within 72 hours of scheduled arrival will be charged the entire booking amount
collected. Icon Inn reserves the right to credit none, all or part of any forfeited funds toward future
bookings at the property
Icon Inn does not have elevator access to the 2nd floor. Level access is from the parking area to the lobby and first floor. If stairs are a problem, please book a room on the first floor before your arrival date. Room 106 is a complete ADA room, and we also have five other first-floor rooms available. We aim to ensure that everyone can be guests at the Icon Inn, regardless of their physical abilities.
Icon Inn is a 100% smoke-free property. This policy prohibits smoking any substance, including electronic cigarettes or vaporizers, in all guest rooms and suites. As well as all common indoor areas including but not limited to lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, outdoor eating areas or picnic areas, etc. Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of any door, window, vent, A/C unit, entryway, etc. There is a fee of at least $250 for guests who ignore this rule.
We are a pet-friendly hotel and welcome well-behaved dogs in limited designated rooms at an additional $50.00 per night per pet.

Icon Inn offers two separate areas to accommodate group gatherings or private meetings. Our dining meeting area can accommodate up to 25 guests with a professional kitchen for catering events and gathering.
Our 2nd-floor business conference room will open a private creative space for your remote office. The space can accommodate up to eight people and has high-speed internet, a professional copy machine with USB scanning capabilities, a conference table, a whiteboard, a tv, and a standard office desk. Fully stocked "Grab & Go" vending machine with a multitude of drink and snack options—free use of classic board games and an original tabletop Ms. Pacman video game, 50-cents per game. Cash, credit, or Apple Pay is accepted.
The welfare and safety of our guests are a top priority. Therefore, 24 hours video surveillance is in the shared common areas of the hotel. It's our practice to enter any occupied guest room at least once every third day for cleaning service, even if a guest has requested privacy. Appropriate efforts are made to provide advance notice to the registered guest before entering an occupied room.
