Booking Policies

Full payment is required at the time of booking and is payable by credit card. By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for us to bill your credit card for the full amount, including damages and costs accrued while at the property and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure.

We offer a 1 PM early check-in and a 2 PM late check-out for a fee of $25.00 each. It is not guaranteed and depends on availability. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Normal Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and Check-out is at 11:00 AM. There is a minimum check-in age requirement of 21 and over. 

Cancelation Policies

 All reservations are subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy to receive a refund. Reservations that fail to

show or to cancel within 72 hours of scheduled arrival will be charged the entire booking amount

collected. Icon Inn reserves the right to credit none, all or part of any forfeited funds toward future

bookings at the property

ADA Access

Icon Inn does not have elevator access to the 2nd floor. Level access is from the parking area to the lobby and first floor. If stairs are a problem, please book a room on the first floor before your arrival date. Room 106 is a complete ADA room, and we also have five other first-floor rooms available.  We aim to ensure that everyone can be guests at the Icon Inn, regardless of their physical abilities.
 
 

• It is our standard operating procedure that individuals with disabilities be able to make reservations for accessible accommodation.
• We have identified and described accessible features as well as physical barriers with enough detail to allow individuals with disabilities to determine independently whether a given guest room or cottage meets their accessibility needs.
• Our standard operating procedure is to ensure that our accessible guest room option is held for use by individuals with disabilities. However, we protect our client’s right to privacy of disclosure.
• We guarantee that an accessible guest room, once reserved, is held for the reserving customer and is removed from all reservation systems. We make reasonable efforts with third-party reservation systems to ensure that an accessible room is available through at least some of these services and that information concerning the accessibility of the room is included on their reservation platform.
• Guests with legitimate service dogs will be provided access to all areas of the inn where members of the public are allowed to go.
• For special accommodation requests, please call us directly at 509-540-3113 so we can help you determine the best guest room to ensure you have a comfortable arrival and enjoyable stay.

Smoking Policies

Icon Inn is a 100% smoke-free property. This policy prohibits smoking any substance, including electronic cigarettes or vaporizers, in all guest rooms and suites. As well as all common indoor areas including but not limited to lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, outdoor eating areas or picnic areas, etc. Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of any door, window, vent, A/C unit, entryway, etc. There is a fee of at least $250 for guests who ignore this rule.

Pet Policies & Waste Area

We are a pet-friendly hotel and welcome well-behaved dogs in limited designated rooms at an additional $50.00 per night per pet.

• A maximum of 2 pets per room.
• All dogs must be on a leash or carried when in the hotel.
• Undisclosed pets will be subject to pet fees and an additional $250 cleaning fee. This fee is not considered when charging for damages
• On the south side of the property, there is a dog-friendly grassed covered/fenced waste area. 
• A fully fenced gravel dog run and the waste area are on the north side of the building.
• Please clean up after your dog, and do not leave them unattended.
• Guests who bring pets in a non-pet-friendly room will be accessed a $250 cleaning fee and asked to check out early, without refund.
• Please be considerate of all hotel guests.  Pets disrupting guests with barking, whining, clawing, or scratching will be asked to check out early. Refunds are not provided for early departures.

Meeting Areas

Icon Inn offers two separate areas to accommodate group gatherings or private meetings. Our dining meeting area can accommodate up to 25 guests with a professional kitchen for catering events and gathering.

Our 2nd-floor business conference room will open a private creative space for your remote office. The space can accommodate up to eight people and has high-speed internet, a professional copy machine with USB scanning capabilities, a conference table, a whiteboard, a tv, and a standard office desk. Onsite Laundry

Available (Extra fee may apply) + Iron and Ironing Board or steamer upon request.

Vending Machines & Games

Fully stocked "Grab & Go" vending machine with a multitude of drink and snack options—free use of classic board games and an original tabletop Ms. Pacman video game, 50-cents per game. Cash, credit, or Apple Pay is accepted.

Security & More

The welfare and safety of our guests are a top priority. Therefore, 24 hours video surveillance is in the shared common areas of the hotel. It's our practice to enter any occupied guest room at least once every third day for cleaning service, even if a guest has requested privacy. Appropriate efforts are made to provide advance notice to the registered guest before entering an occupied room.
